  2.                     ISO 8882 TTCN-MP Disclaimer

  4. 1) IBM shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the
  5.    ISO 8882 TTCN-MP test suites in in good working order, but does not
  6.    warrant it will do so. The ISO 8882 TTCN-MP test suites are provided
  7.    "AS IS."
  8.  
  9. 2) IBM makes no warranty expressed or implied with respect to the
  10.    ISO 8882 TTCN-MP test suites, including the implied warranties
  11.    of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  12.  
  13. 3) Neither party shall be liable to the other for lost profits, lost
  14.    savings or other consequential damages, even if that party has been
  15.    informed of the possibility of such damages.  Neither party shall be
  16.    liable for any claim against the other by any third party.  Neither
  17.    party shall be liable to the other for damages resulting from causes
  18.    beyond its control.

  20. 4) Use of these ISO 8882 TTCN-MP test suites shall not be construed as
  21.    conferring any rights to use in advertising, publicity or other
  22.    marketing activities any name, trade name, trademark, or other
  23.    designation without the express written approval of IBM.
